Soak some dried beans in water for several hours or overnight.
Take a wet paper towel, fold it in a circle, place it in the glass and place the soaked beans between the paper towel and the glass. Cover with plastic wrap.
Watch as the beans start to sprout and grow. Remove the pastic wrap once the plants grow tall enough to hit it.
