- Tissue paper (construction paper would work also)
- Tape
- Marker
- Scissors
- Toilet paper roll or small jar
Materials Needed:
Fold the tissue paper in half (we used two pieces of tissue paper) and place the paper roll at the bottom of the folded half. Apply a piece of tape to hold roll in place.
Step 1
Wrap the roll and cut the tissue paper so there’s just enough to go around. Secure the tissue paper with another piece of tape.
Step 2
Cut small strips of the tissue paper to make hair.
