Rip, Scrunch, Stick Flowers * ages 2-5

Rip, Scrunch, Stick Flowers šŸŒø ages 2-5 šŸŒø This toddler activity is perfect for making mom or dad a beautiful Motherā€™s or Fatherā€™s Day card and building fine motor, pre-cutting and bilateral movement skills at the same time!

Materials needed (affiliate links):

Tissue paper (we used double sided tissue paper, but any tissue paper would work)

Glue

White Art Paper

Start by tearing green tissue paper into long rectangular pieces to make the stems and glue to the paper. I helped Alexander with this part since he is still a little too young. Then take pieces of colored tissue paper (we used red, yellow and pink papers) and have your toddler rip or tear them into smaller pieces, scrunch the pieces up and glue them to the top of the green stems and thatā€™s it! You have beautiful flowers and a great gift for mom or dad! šŸ’Ā Thanks to our friend Deena for this awesome idea!
