Heart Math Facts Straw Pickup Game for ages 4+

I’d been trying to think of a fun way to use these foam heart stickers I had lying around, so I decided to make a hearts math facts straw pickup game which is fun to play great for building oral motor skills too!

Heart Math Facts Straw Pickup Game

MATERIALS NEEDED (affiliate links):

  • Foam heart stickers (or cut some hearts out of construction paper)
  • A marker
  • A straw
  • Piece of paper

HOW TO PLAY HEART MATH FACTS STRAW PICKUP GAME:

  1. Write some numbers on the heart stickers (We numbered them 1-20.)
  2. Then write some math facts on a piece of paper (or dry erase board).
  3. Have the child use the straw to pick up the heart with the correct answer for each math fact and place it in the correct place to solve the math problem.Heart Math Facts Straw Pickup GameHeart Math Facts Straw Pickup Game

So fun and a great way to practice math facts! For younger kids just have them match numbers, letters or shapes!
